Old Farm covers 110 hectares of arable and grassland with field margins, mature hedges and wildlife areas. Our commitment to sustainable and regenerative agriculture ensures that we maintain high environmental and welfare standards. Straw from the arable crops is used for animal bedding on farm and returned to the fields as farmyard manure reducing our need to buy in artificial fertiliser and we make our own hay and silage to feed our livestock over the winter keeping transport miles to a minimum. Meat from our animals is processed on site and sold in our farm shop and vending machines.
